To Login: 1. Click “Mandi’s Telehealth Link.”

2. You will see a welcome message, click continue.

3. Type in your name, allow mic and camera and then click “Join Session.” You are not logged in until you click “Join Session.” Once you click this button Mandi can see you in the waiting room. We are able to see if you're having technical issues in the telehealth platform and a timestamp of when you login.

Please keep your phone on and a backup device nearby in case we call to assist you with attending your appointment. Please do not use safari as your browser as it is incompatible with the waiting room website. Information on policies and technical advice are below.

  • After ensuring your device is up-to-date, you are not using safari and you are connected directly to your router read this document.

    If you were having any technical issues, please call the office to let us know. Do not use the chat feature in the telehealth platform as we do not check this while we are with other patients. We also may not be able to see your chat if you are having technical issues with logging in and keeping a connection. Please do not email as we do not check email in real time. If we do not hear from you, we may call to ensure that you're able to make your appointment and ask that you have your phone off mute and next to you. If you are unsure if you have logged in correctly, we can check the login log to see the time and date that you logged in. There are instructions on how to login on this page.

  • If you forget your appointment, have technical issues or are running late, if we have another available appointment the same week you were scheduled for the same amount of time you booked, we will offer you another time to avoid the no-show fee.

  • We can only see patients who are physically located at the time of their appointment within the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Florida. To comply with and ensure that we are maintaining privacy we do require that you are located inside a building where you can ensure that you have privacy throughout the entirety of your appointment. We cannot see you in a car or in a public setting which includes a cubicle at work. While we can see you at work it will be your responsibility to ensure that you can maintain privacy. Another part of maintaining privacy is ensuring that you are able to be alone (unless otherwise previously discussed) for your appointment and undistracted.

  • To avoid missing your appointment, DO NOT close or leave the browser once logging in as you will not be able to hear Mandi once leaving the waiting room browser. Please be mindful once she logs in, she can see and hear you.
